ItyDity is a music production marketplace, transforming how songwriters and producers collaborate. We provide a spec work-based solution that allows talented producers to rise above the amateurs, land clients, and get paid and we remove all the risk that songwriters usually face in the current market.
This is a growing company. We all wear many hats. The core team at ItyDity is hoping to find the right person/s to support the team, identify blind spots and opportunity gaps, and balance the workload at the operations level.
Music industry experience/passion is not a requirement for any positions but would be a bonus.

Admin Executive
This position will be paid in equity (ownership shares in the company) until additional capital is raised by the company.
Required: At least 25 hours/week availability. Position will likely grow into paid Full Time within the year for the right candidate. Looking for candidate interesting in joining for the long term.
Location: Anywhere, can work remote. Team is in Nashville, TN and Fort Collins, CO - a bonus if you are as well.
Main duties:

Managing backend customer workflows: Gathering information from forms, uploading to website, sending email templates to users, monitoring progress of ongoing projects, customer service

Assist team with sales and marketing initiatives

Administrative tasks via Hubspot, Google Drive, and Wix
-
Further roles may be assigned based on applicant's skills
Main skills needed:

Able to develop and execute customer workflow processes

Detailed oriented

Good with digital conferencing (Zoom) and email communication

A passion for on-time work and organization

Confident in writing skills, grammar skills, able to take feedback and work with the team.

Day-to-day task support. This position will help to keep all the moving parts of the company aligned and working together.

Skilled (or quick ability to learn) Hubspot CRM.

Has skills with Google Drive including sheets and docs.

Music Production Professional
Currently this position is paid per contract (equates to about $16 per hour) however is not paid hourly nor salary.
Required: At least 10 hours/week availability. Position will likely grow into paid Full Time within the year for the right candidate. Looking for candidate interesting in joining for the long term.
Location: Anywhere, can work remote. Team is in Nashville, TN and Fort Collins, CO - a bonus if you are as well.
Main duties:

We are looking for a someone with a music production background - formal or informal training - with at least 3 years professional experience. You should be able to identify specific instrumentation and production effects of popular songs, by ear. Primarily you will be familiar with indie rock, folk, and pop music.

We are not looking for someone who leans more towards hip hop or electronic in their experience/expertise.

This is NOT a music production job, but instead a role at a company that specializes in music production.
